Frequently Asked Questions Does Rx Board Review provide review courses by request? Rx Board Review will consider requests for groups of 15 or more students. Please send requests to info@rxboardreview.com. Requests should include contact person, phone, e-mail, dates, and location. What payments does Rx Board Review accept? Check, money order, and credit card. How far in advance must payment be made in order to qualify for early registration rate? Payment must be received 14 days prior to the start of the course that you are registering for. For example, to qualify for the early registration rate for the Northern California course (March 29 30, 2008), payment must be received by Rx Board Review no later than March 15, 2008. Is there a cancellation policy? Yes. You may cancel your reservation/registration by withdrawing in writing no later than 14 days before the first day of the course you have registered for. A non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be applied. Can I get a refund if I fail to pass the NAPLEX®? No. However, if you take the Rx Board Review course and you fail to pass your pharmacist licensure examination, you may repeat the Rx Board Review course for free for up to a year. You must provide documentation. |
